How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply contact us via the product inquiry form, WhatsApp, or email. We will confirm your requirements, provide a quote, and finalize all details before production starts.
Can you customize the container house design?
Yes! We support full customization of layout, size, windows, doors, colors, bathroom/kitchen configuration, and even add-ons like terraces, solar panels, or roof decks. Let us know your requirements and we’ll provide a tailored solution.
What is the production lead time?
Standard production time is 15–25 working days, depending on the model and customization complexity. We will confirm the exact delivery timeline when you place your order.
What is the shipping method and delivery time?
We ship globally by sea freight. Delivery time depends on the destination:
USA: approx. 20–30 days
Australia: approx. 15–25 days
Europe: approx. 25–35 days
Middle East: approx. 15–25 days
We assist with loading, export documents, and shipping arrangements.
Do I need to install the container house myself?
Most models arrive pre-assembled or partially folded and can be unfolded and set up within hours. We provide:

Optional on-site installation (available for large orders)
What equipment do I need for installation?
You may need a forklift or crane to unload and position the unit. For expandable models, 2–3 workers can complete setup with basic tools. Electrical and plumbing connections should be done by a certified technician locally.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is the house fully expanded during shipping?
No. The house is shipped in a folded (compact) state, the same size as a standard container, for easy transportation. There is also a model that is shipped in a 40HQ container.
How long does it take to install the house?
It usually takes 2–3 people around 30–60 minutes to unfold and connect the unit.
What facilities can be included inside?
This container house can accommodate bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical systems, plumbing, lighting and flooring.
Terraces and pitched roofs can also be customized to meet different needs and styles.
Can it be equipped with solar power?
Yes, we can provide solar panel system or leave reserved port for your local installation. Usually solar system is solved by local supplier.

A standard 20ft unit accommodates 2–4 people, and 40ft up to 6–8. Bed layout is customizable.
Does it include shower and toilet facilities?
Yes, we can include a full bathroom with shower, toilet, and water heater as a self-contained unit.
Is it suitable for hot or cold climates?
If used as a large-scale collective dormitory, we also have more recommendations to suit your project.

Yes. The swimming pool is delivered in finished form with waterproof coating, filtration and disinfection system and plumbing already installed.
Can it be installed underground?
Yes, we offer reinforced container pools designed specifically for underground installation.
What sizes are available?
Standard sizes are 20ft and 40ft, but we can customize smaller units or modular setups.
